The current Mobile App is limited to monitoring, informational display, push notifications, and redirect functionality in connection with certain supported legacy address-based mining activity.
In connection with the current Mobile App, we may collect or process mining addresses entered by the user for monitoring purposes, push notification tokens, device or app identifiers, crash logs, IP address, and limited technical or diagnostic information necessary to operate notifications, monitor app stability, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
The current Mobile App does not currently provide email-based account sign-in, in-app payout address management, or in-app withdrawal functionality.
1.1 This Privacy Policy describes how unMineable.com ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, retains, discloses, and otherwise processes personal data and related information when you access or use our services, including, without limitation, our website, mining pool, dashboard, account-based features, mobile applications, and related tools, interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Services").
1.2 This Privacy Policy applies to personal data and related information collected through the Services, including information collected through website access, mining-related activity, account usage, support communications, and use of our mobile applications.
1.3 At present, our mobile application may provide monitoring, informational display, push notifications, and redirect functionality in connection with certain supported legacy address-based mining activity. If we expand mobile application features in the future, including account-based access, email sign-in, or additional functionality, this Privacy Policy will continue to apply unless replaced or updated.
1.4 This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, wallets, exchanges, app stores, blockchain explorers, notification delivery providers, or other third-party services that may be linked to, connected with, or used alongside the Services. Those third parties may have their own privacy policies and practices.
2.1 Information You Provide Directly: We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your email address, support emails, support messages, and any other information you choose to provide when contacting us or using account-related features.
2.2 Mining, Account, and Service Data: We may collect and process mining addresses, payout addresses, worker names, worker identifiers, balances, rewards, referral data, account-related identifiers, account activity, payout-related information, and other service data necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and support the Services.
2.3 Technical and Device/App Data: We may collect technical information associated with your access to or use of the Services, including IP address, device or app data, device identifiers, push notification tokens, crash logs, and related technical information generated by your browser, device, or use of the Services.
2.4 Analytics and Usage Data: We may collect information about how the Services are accessed and used, including through analytics technologies and service providers such as Google Analytics and Cloudflare Analytics, as well as cookies and similar technologies used for login, session management, security, and usage measurement.
2.5 Mobile App-Specific Data: In connection with the Mobile App, we may collect push notification tokens, device identifiers, crash logs, and limited diagnostic or app-performance information in order to operate push notifications, diagnose technical issues, improve app stability, and maintain service reliability.
3.1 We collect information directly from you when you use the Services, create or access an account, submit information through the website or dashboard, enter or monitor mining-related information, contact support, or otherwise communicate with us.
3.2 We collect information automatically through your use of the Services, including through logs, cookies, security systems, analytics tools, application events, device-generated information, push-notification systems, and crash-reporting or diagnostic mechanisms.
3.3 We collect mining and service data through operation of the Services, including when mining addresses, payout addresses, workers, rewards, balances, and related identifiers interact with our infrastructure, interfaces, and monitoring systems.
3.4 We may also receive information from service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate the Services, including hosting providers, analytics providers, email service providers, push-notification infrastructure, crash-reporting tools, and blockchain node or infrastructure providers.
4.1 We may use collected information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, monitor, improve, and support the Services.
4.2 We may use information to provide mining-related functionality, address monitoring, worker tracking, balance and reward tracking, referral functionality, payout-related functionality, account access, dashboard features, and mobile application features.

4.4 We may use information to detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, suspicious activity, technical issues, sanctions-related issues, policy violations, and other security or compliance concerns.
4.5 We may use information to analyze service performance, troubleshoot failures, review crash logs, understand usage patterns, improve user experience, and develop or refine current or future features.
4.6 We may use information to deliver app notifications, monitor app reliability, investigate app crashes, improve app stability, and help ensure proper device-level or app-level functionality.

5.3 We may use app-level diagnostic, crash-reporting, or performance-monitoring tools to understand failures, improve stability, troubleshoot issues, and maintain reliability of the Mobile App.
5.4 If you enable push notifications for the Mobile App, we and our service providers may process your push notification token and related app or device information for the purpose of delivering notifications to your device.
5.5 Some cookies or similar technologies may be necessary for login, session handling, security, and core operation of the Services. Disabling such technologies may affect the availability or functionality of certain features.
5.6 Depending on your browser, device, or platform, you may be able to manage certain cookies, notification settings, or similar technologies through your browser, device, or operating system settings. However, such controls may not fully affect essential security, session-related, or service-critical technologies.
6.1 The Mobile App may request device permissions, system-level access, or notification permissions where reasonably necessary to support app functionality, notifications, diagnostics, security, or related service features.
6.2 Where the Mobile App requests permission to send notifications, you may choose whether to allow such notifications through your device or operating system settings, subject to the capabilities of your device platform.
6.3 If we materially change the Mobile App's data practices, add new categories of personal data collection, or introduce new permissions or features that change how personal data is accessed, collected, used, or shared, we may update this Privacy Policy and, where appropriate or required, provide additional in-app disclosures, permission prompts, or notices.
6.4 Any app-store-specific privacy disclosures, labels, or data-safety disclosures that we provide are intended to reflect our current app privacy practices as accurately as reasonably possible, but this Privacy Policy governs our broader data practices across the Services.
7.1 We may share information with service providers and processors that help us operate the Services, including providers of hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, push notifications, crash reporting, and blockchain node or related technical infrastructure.
7.2 We may share information where necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, lawful requests, court orders, or governmental requests, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our Terms, investigate misconduct, or protect users or third parties.
7.3 We may share information in connection with a corporate transaction, restructuring, merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or similar business event, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards where applicable.
7.4 We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your personal data for targeted advertising.
8.1 Certain mining-related, payout-related, wallet-related, or blockchain-related information may be associated with public blockchain networks or publicly observable blockchain activity.
8.2 Because blockchain networks are generally public and transparent by design, information linked to wallet addresses, transactions, or related blockchain activity may be publicly visible and may potentially be viewed, indexed, or analyzed by third parties.
8.3 We do not control public blockchain networks or the actions of third parties that may observe, index, correlate, or process publicly available blockchain data.
9.1 We retain different categories of information for different periods depending on operational, legal, regulatory, security, compliance, support, and business needs.
9.2 Technical logs may be retained for approximately thirty (30) days.
9.3 Certain account-related or address-related event records may be retained for approximately seven (7) days.
9.4 Active account and service data may be retained while an account remains active or while the Services are being used.
9.5 Inactive balances and related data may be deleted, cleared, archived, deactivated, or otherwise removed after six (6) months with no reward updates, in accordance with our Terms and service inactivity rules.
9.6 Support records, legal records, compliance records, security-related records, crash-diagnostic records, and notification-related records may be retained for longer periods where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, investigate issues, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms and policies.
10.1 The Services may be operated using infrastructure, providers, or technical resources located in more than one country or jurisdiction.
10.2 By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed, transferred, stored, or accessed in jurisdictions other than your own, subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11.1 Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal data, which may include the right to request access to personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of certain data, request restriction of processing, object to certain processing, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

13.1 The Services are not intended for children or for persons who have not reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.
